Progressive Cutting Systems

Our extensive laser technology, in use for nearly ten years, has established The Warren Company as a leader in this field. With four individual lasers and a cutting power of up to 2,800 watts, we have the ability to fulfill your every need. Our experience enables us to meet those needs expediently and to the highest standards of quality demanded by the industry. The recent addition of waterjet cutting demonstrates our commitment to the future and will continue to insure our progressive position well into the 21st century.

CMM Capabilities

Our Brown & Sharpe CNC controlled Coordinate Measuring Machine enables us to inspect intricately machined, cut or fabricated parts to a volumetric accuracy specification of .00043". Normally used to inspect jobs processed by our cutting and fabrication departments, as an additional service to our customers, we will also make our CMM facilities available to other manufacturers to perform first-piece or multi-part inspections on products they have produced.
